Comment自分や他者の中にある、あらゆる形での「弱さ」を架空の虫の形で表現した。
修了制作を進める時期になり、私に出来る表現とは何だろうかと考えた際、自分の性格が「人一倍臆病である事」に着目した。
幼いころよりいじめを受けたり人間関係で苦労することが多く、嫌われないように周囲の人の顔色を伺う癖があり、自分の意思を他者に表示する事を恐れ、他者に合わせる事が多かった。「作品制作」という自己表現の行為を進める際、こういった自身の性格を非常にコンプレックスに感じていたが、発想を転換させて、「臆病である自分にしかできない表現」を模索する方向で考えた。
短所と思っていたものが思わぬ長所になる事を知ったきっかけであり、また現在の私の作品制作のコンセプトにおいて重要なファクターとなっている。

When it was time to proceed with the completion production, when I wondered what kind of expression I could do, I focused on my personality being "more timid than anyone else."
Since I was a child, I often get bullied and have trouble with relationships, and I have a habit of asking the complexion of people around me so that I will not be disliked. There were many. It was an opportunity to learn that what I thought was a weakness became an unexpected strength, and it is an important factor in my current concept of work production.

第4回富山大学芸術文化学部卒業制作展「GEIBUN4」にて都筑響一賞受賞。
