A clear argument is a powerful tool that can change someone’s mind. It isn’t easy to make a good argument, though.
It involves presenting adequate evidence and respectfully acknowledging opposing arguments. It also requires a sense of responsibility and honesty to your audience.
The premises of a clear argument are statements that provide evidence or support for cheapest research paper. These are also called the “evidence in the argument.”
Premises can be deductive or inductive. In a deductive argument, the conclusion follows necessarily from the premises; in an inductive argument, the premises are tested and logically lead to the conclusion.
A strong argument needs to be backed up with data points, and it needs to be demonstrated and communicated in a way that will make your readers feel the energy behind the claim. This is the same for both deductive and inductive arguments, but it is especially important for inductive arguments to be supported by a good deal of data.
If you are writing an argument, you should try to write your premise and conclusion as a single statement. Be sure to study the lists of premise and conclusion indicator words on page 3 in your textbook.
A clear argument starts with a claim or position that is supported by compelling evidence. Whether you are writing an essay, making a speech, giving a debate, or participating in a meeting, you want to make sure that your points and conclusions are clear.
The evidence you use to support your premises and the main point should be based on reliable sources of information, not dubious statistics or fake news. You may need to spend time doing your research, but it's important to do so as it will give you a solid base for your argument.
